Return Policy

Custom Furniture Orders

Due to the custom nature of our furniture pieces, all custom orders are final once production has commenced. We work closely with each client during the design and approval process to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Standard Products

For standard, non-custom products, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and authorization
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return label or method

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • No signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • All original accessories and documentation included
  • Protective packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made furniture pieces
  • Items damaged by misuse or accident
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or engraved items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we receive the item. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method
  • Contact your credit card company or bank
  • Contact us if the issue persists

Warranty

All furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage and terms will be provided with your purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications are not covered.
